2026 Men's Summit

An Undaunted Forward Pursuit

Last year, the men of Redemption City Church gathered to embrace the vital necessity of remaining STEADFAST. We recognized our God-given responsibility to hold the line, to withstand the attacks of the enemy, and to remain immovable against the onslaught of wicked devices. We learned what it means to plant our feet firmly on the solid rock of Christ and hold our ground. But an army cannot win a war merely by standing still. This year, we press forward. We are stepping out in faith, fixing our gaze upon the high purpose and calling of our mission towards the summit.

Our ultimate standard for this advance is Jesus Christ our Lord. At this year's summit, we will challenge one another to emulate our Lord in His unwavering obedience and His undaunted, singular mission focus. Christ actively and willingly submitted Himself to the will of the Father in all things, setting His face like a flint toward His ultimate mission—His propitiatory death and sacrifice to accomplish the salvation of the World. To follow in His footsteps, we must adopt this same posture of active, relentless pursuit.

To equip ourselves for this great task of undaunted forward movement, our summit will thoroughly engage four critical mandates:

• Pursue the Prize: We will examine our ultimate aim and goal. Much like the prophetic name Mahershalalhashbaz—meaning "swift to the plunder, speedy to the prey"—we must be swift and decisive in chasing after the high calling of God, wasting no time in our pursuit of His will.

• Face the Foe: We cannot battle an enemy we refuse to acknowledge. We will squarely identify and confront the opposition that stands against us: the world, the flesh, and the devil.

• Command the Chaos: Forward movement is never assuredly safe. Every true decision involves inherent risk and requires genuine sacrifice. We will learn how to lead through the chaos of life with biblical conviction, refusing to be paralyzed by the unknown.

• Finish the Fight: This calling requires more than survival or passive endurance. Just like Eleazar the Ahohite—who struck down the enemy until his hand grew weary and froze to his sword—we are called to grasp the weapons of our warfare, hold fast, and decisively finish the fight set before us.

The line has been held; now it is time to advance. Join us for the 2026 Men's Summit as we step forward in faith, lock shields with our brothers, and pursue the prize.
